Are you mindful?

Using mindfulness in your everyday life can help you create ways to experience more of what you want in your life.

We look at what you are doing to create the results you are getting now and how you might change things in a small way to get the kind of results that you would prefer e.g., more fun, more ease in completing tasks, a quieter mind.

This session can help Toastmasters like you, attain skills that will help you present and deliver speeches in a more conscious way. 

Yes, it can also help alleviate your fear while on the stage or at the lectern.

This session includes some basic coaching tools so that you can use them to create powerful results in your everyday challenges. 

You will be using a creativity book that the presenter is in the process of writing to help you understand the material covered and … you get to take it with you!

You should expect to have a fun and interactive experience, with a valuable learning outcome.

A few words from Margaret:

          I was in my early 20s when I became passionately interested in business and I have now been successfully self-employed for 42 years.  But business was not my only passion, and 18 years ago, I focused on another one: personal development, empowerment, and self-discovery. I felt driven to learn, share, and teach, so a new chapter in my very full life began.  


I have trained in leadership, coaching, mediation, and Vipassana meditation and I have come to realize that I use all of these valuable skills in my personal life.  Using these skills and tools has propelled and raised my level of comfort in all aspects of Toastmasters, business, learning, and life.  My clients have enjoyed the same results.

Our Presenter: Margaret Humphries

She has been a Toastmaster since 2003, minus a few years off i.e. 2011, 2012 & 2013.

She has earned her ATMB (Advanced Toastmaster Bronze), CL (Competent Leader) X2,  CC (Competent Communicator) X2  and is aiming to achieve her DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) this year.

Margaret is a certified coach, certified family coach, certified NLP master practitioner and has trained in mediation, conflict coaching, certified team coach etc.  She has an extensive successful business background for 42 years.
